100% certified organic ingredients: stoneground organic spelt and kamut flours, water, organic flax seed, and unrefined salt.

*Please Note: Pleasanton only bakes their Spelt Kamut bread on Mondays and Fridays. Since we want you to receive your bread as fresh as possible, we will only ship loaves of Spelt Kamut on Mondays. If the delivery location is such that UPS cannot get it there in two days, then we will contact you to arrange for Two-Day Shipping (additional charges may apply).
